His new mansion is virtually unused, and the slovenly bachelor has no hobbies to speak of. More out of spontaneity than ambition, he decides one day to hire a personal trainer from the local fitness centre – much to the delight of its manager, Trevor, who sends his attractive trainer (and former mistress), Kat, to his well-heeled client. But Kat soon discovers that Danny is more interested in her backside than her training skills. Kat complains to Trevor, who threatens Danny. But somehow this carefree loser just takes it all in his stride. With RESULTS, Andrew Bujalski, the master of American underground comedy, brings us a hilarious fitness lesson on the relationship between love and money.
